About us
We are a mixed martial arts school that emphasizes:
- Integration of effective self defense techniques from multiple martial arts
- Deescalation techniques and maintenance of high moral standards
- Continuous self improvement.
Adult class hours:
Tuesday: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Children’s class hours:
Tuesday: 6:00 – 6:55 PM
Thursday: 6:00 – 6:55 PM
