Children Classes

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 -6:55 PM

Adult Classes

Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 – 7:55 PM, and 8:00-8:55 PM


The Adult class is a “Yoseikan Budo”-based course that includes warmups & physical conditioning prior to the beginning of each class. The techniques are supervised by a member of our Black Belts staff with our students’ safety our main concern. Training includes a variety of kicks and striking techniques from Karate/Boxing, joint locks and throws from Aikido/Jujitsu, grappling and throws from Judo Typically, promotions begin after 30 or so hours of concurrent training and vary thereafter according to the syllabus requirements for each rank.


The Children’s program is designed to give children the awareness they need to avoid potential conflict and is a Defensive based program. Class begins with a formal bow in and warm-ups. The techniques are closely supervised. Focus is on teach basic martial mechanics, the fundamentals of kicking and striking, basic joint-locks and throws, and fundamentals of grappling. Each class ends with Sensei covering the concepts of Self Discipline, Respect, Kindness etc.
